【摘要】:ThispartoftheIEC61970seriesprovidesasetofguidelinesandgeneralinfrastructurecapabilitiesrequiredfortheapplicationoftheEMS-APIinterfacestandards.ThispartoftheIEC61970seriesdescribestypicalintegrationscenarioswherethesestandardsaretobeappliedandthetypesofapplicationstobeintegrated.AreferencemodelisdefinedtoprovideaframeworkfortheapplicationoftheotherpartsoftheseEMS-APIstandards.Thisreferencemodelisbasedonacomponentarchitecturethatplacesthefocusofthestandardsoncomponentinterfacesforinformationexchangebetweenapplicationsinacontrolcenterenvironment.WhiletheprimaryobjectiveoftheEMS-APIistosupporttheintegrationofapplicationswithinthecontrolcenter,thereferencemodelisalsoapplicabletoinformationexchangesbetweencontrolcenterapplicationsandsystemsexternaltothecontrolcenterenvironment,suchasothercontrolcenters,ISOs,RTOs,anddistributionsystems.Thisstandarddescribestheroleoftheotherpartsofthestandard,includingtheCommonInformationModel(CIM)intheIEC61970-3XXseries,theComponentInterfaceSpecifications(CIS)intheIEC61970-4XXseries,andTechnologyMappingsintheIEC61970-5XXseries.ThispartoftheIEC61970seriesalsoincludesgeneralcapabilitiesthatareneededbytheintegrationinfrastructuretofacilitatetheexchangeofinformationviathecomponentinterfacesspecifiedbytheCIS.Whiletheintegrationinfrastructureitselfisnotpartofthisstandard,itisexpectedtoprovidecertainessentialservicestosupporttheEMS-APIinterfacestandards.TheseservicesareenumeratedinClause6.ThispartoftheIEC61970seriesdoesnotspecifyindividualimplementationsorproducts,nordoesitconstraintherepresentationofinformationwithinacomputersystemapplication.Thisstandardspecifiestheexternallyvisibleinterfaces,includingsemanticsandsyntax,requiredtosupporttheinteroperabilityofproductssuppliedbydifferentvendors.
