【摘要】:ISO14137specifies,withreferencetoISO230-1,ISO230-2andISO230-4,geometrictests,testsofaccuracyandrepeatabilityofnumericallycontrolledpositioningaxes,machiningtestandcirculartestsforgeneralpurpose,normal-accuracywireelectrical-dischargemachines(wireEDM).Italsospecifiesapplicabletolerancescorrespond-ingtotheabove-mentionedtests.ISO14137isapplicabletosinglecolumnmachinesofcrossslidetabletypeanddoublecolumntypemachines.ISO14137dealsonlywiththetestingofaccuracyofthemachine.Itdoesnotapplytothetestingofthemachineoperation(vibration,abnormalnoise,stick-slipmotionofcomponents,etc.)nortomachinecharacteristics(suchasspeeds,feeds,etc.),whichshouldgenerallybecarriedoutbeforetestingtheaccuracy.ISO14137providestheterminologyusedfortheprinciplecomponentsofthemachineandthedesignationoftheaxesinaccordancewithISO841.
