【摘要】:ThisInternationalStandardsupportssimplesystemsfor“basicelectronicregistrationidentification”(“basicERI”)foruseinintelligentroadtransportapplications.ThisInternationalStandard“basicERI”definesthe-specificationofauniquevehicleidentifier(usinganInternationalStandard,ornon-standard,dataconcept),-“basicERI”functionalcapabilities,selectablefordifferent“basicERI”applications,-minimumdatainteroperabilityrequirementsbetweenbasicelectronicregistrationtags(ERTs)andelectronicregistrationreaders(ERRs).ThisInternationalStandardallows,butdoesnotrequire,vehicle-relateddatastorageinadditiontotheuniquevehicleidentifier.ThisInternationalStandardisconsistentwiththeERIarchitecturedefinedinISO/TS24534-1anddataconceptsdefinedinISO/TS24534-3,butisnotnecessarilyinteroperablewiththemorecapableand“fullyfeatured”ERIcommunicationsystemstobedefinedinISO/TS24534-4orISO/TS24534-5.ThisInternationalStandarddefinesa“basicERI”systemwithsecurityadequateforinformationthatiscurrentlyavailablemanually(suchaslicenseplateand/orVINdata)butitdoesnotpurporttoprovidethehighlevelsofsecurityrequiredforsomeadministrativerequirements.ThoserequiringhighsecurityareadvisedtofollowtherelevantpartsofISO/TS24534.AlthoughnotpartofthisInternationalStandard,theemployedtechnologiessupportingthisInternationalStandardmayenableadditionalnon-standardsecuritymeasurestobeaddedforspecificapplications.NOTEThe“basicERI”systemimpliestheuseofabasicERT.InterrogatorsmayormaynotsupportbothISO/TS24534-4orISO/TS24534-5andthisInternationalStandard,thisbeingacommercialandnotastandardizationdecision.ItisnotthepurposeofthisInternationalStandardtodefine“basicERI”applications.ThisInternationalStandardrequirestheuseofanairinterfacecommunicationthatcomplieswithaninternational,regional,ornationalstandardwhoseprotocolsarepubliclydefinedandavailableinthatstandard,butthisInternationalStandarddoesnotdefinesuchanairinterface,norspecifywhichstandardairinterfaceisusedforanyparticularimplementation.ThisInternationalStandardlimitsitsscopeto-therequirementthatastandardairinterfacewithpubliclyavailableprotocolsisused,-theuseofdataconceptsconsistentwithISO/TS24534-3,-theabilitytoadditionallyuseprivatedataconcepts.
