【摘要】:Thistestmethodisusedtoestimateandcategorizethenumberandtypeoffungalstructurespresentonaninertialimpactorsample.Fungalstructuresareidentifiedandquantifiedregardlessofwhethertheywouldorwouldnotgrowinculture.Itmustbeemphasizedthatthedetectorinthismethodistheanalyst,andthereforeresultsaresubjective,dependingontheexperience,training,qualification,andmentalandopticalfatigueoftheanalyst.1.1Thistestmethodisaprocedurethatusesdirectmicroscopytoanalyzethedepositonaninertialimpactionsample.1.2Thistestmethoddescribesproceduresforcategorizingandenumeratingfungalstructuresbymorphologicaltype.Typically,categoriesmaybeassmallasgenus(forexample,Cladosporium)oraslargeasphylum(forexample,basidiospores).1.3Thismethodcontainstwoproceduresforenumeratingfungalstructures:oneforslitimpactionsamplesandoneforcircularimpactionsamples.Thistestmethodisapplicableforimpactionairsamples,forwhichaknownvolumeofair(atarateasrecommendedbythemanufacturer)hasbeendrawn,andisalsoapplicableforblankimpactionsamples.1.4Enumerationresultsarepresentedinfungalstructures/sample(fs/sample)andfungalstructures/m3(fs/m3).1.5Therangeofenumerationresultsthatcanbedeterminedwiththismethoddependsonthesizeofthesporesonthesampletrace,theamountofparticulatematteronthesampletrace,thepercentageofthesampletracecounted,andthevolumeofairsampled.1.6Thismethodaddressesonlytheanalysisofsamples.Thesamplingprocessandinterpretationofresultsisoutsidethescopeofthismethod.1.7ThevaluesstatedinSIunitsaretoberegardedasstandard.Nootherunitsofmeasurementareincludedinthisstandard.1.8Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.
